Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes or duty imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with oddtoddler, and you will be required to pay them upon receipt of your package. Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship via the United States Postal Service. Customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates. What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. We offer several flat-rate shipping options, and the price increases as delivery times decrease. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price. Can I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. What brand of t-shirts , bibs and onesies do you use?
We print on Rabbit Skins, Kiddy Kats and American Apparel…they are a little more expensive but with most things you truly get what you pay for. They are super soft cotton and may immediately become your toddler’s favorite tee, onesie or bib! We are always on the lookout for new products so if you have any recommendations feel free to send us some feedback.
I received the wrong or damaged product. If you received the wrong item or the item we sent is damaged please contact us at orders@oddtoddler.com with your order number and details pertaining to the order. What is your return policy?
Unworn/unwashed t-shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The invoice you received with your order has the instructions for an exchange on the back. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at orders@oddtoddler.com and we can let you know how to exchange your item. I have a truly hilarious idea for a t-shirt or bib and want to make $$$ selling it to you!
If you have a good idea for a shirt or bib, send it to us at ideas@oddtoddler.com. If we agree with you and decide to print it we'll pay you $150 and give you a free item of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Original ideas only! Do you hire Illustrators/?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to add an item, please email us at orders@oddtoddler.com and let us know. If your order has not yet been shipped we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number and/or the name the order was placed with and what you want to change with your order. Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@oddtoddler.com and we can confirm that the order was placed. Do your t-shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our products in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size or color of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock items. We will usually get the item restocked within 5 days. Often our new shirts are not yet in stock and they are usually discounted for those pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 5-7 days. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the t-shirts are in stock. Do you sell wholesale t-shirts?
